Poughkeepsie, NY - Thomas J. Murphy has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley.  Murphy is Vice President and Regional Manager, Government Banking with M&T Bank.  He is active in the community and specifically with M&T Charitable Foundation, Mohonk Preserve, St. Joseph Church and Camp Callabar.  An Orange County native, Murphy now lives in Ulster County.
